The Deputy Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Dr. Sadiq Al-Jamaei, accompanied by the Director of the Associations Department at the Marib Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, Mr. Abdulmalik Abbad, visited the headquarters of the Sana'a Relief and Development Coalition (SRDC) in Marib Governorate to review the Coalition's humanitarian and development programs and activities, and to examine its key achievements and overall interventions over the past nine years.

The delegation was received by the Coalition's Secretary-General, Dr. Amin Al-Shami; the Financial Director and Member of the Administrative Board, Mr. Mohammed Al-Saraei; and the Executive Director, Mr. Mohammed Al-Qutawi.

During the visit, the Coalition's management delivered a comprehensive presentation highlighting its humanitarian journey and institutional development since its establishment. Supported by data and statistics, the presentation showcased major projects and interventions implemented across several vital sectors, including food security, shelter and non-food assistance, education, health, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), as well as economic empowerment and livelihood support.

The Deputy Minister also reviewed the Coalition's current and future strategic plans, along with its ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional performance, promote good governance, and ensure the sustainability of humanitarian programs. These efforts aim to expand service delivery and reach thousands of beneficiaries across various governorates.

Dr. Sadiq Al-Jamaei praised the Coalition's advanced level of institutional performance and the significant humanitarian impact of its work. He emphasized that the Coalition's achievements reflect a clear institutional vision and effective leadership that has successfully transformed challenges into meaningful accomplishments benefiting the most vulnerable communities.

He stated: "The Sana'a Relief and Development Coalition represents a successful and inspiring model for civil society organizations in Yemen. Through its impactful humanitarian and development projects and its strong institutional capacity, the Coalition has demonstrated a level of excellence worthy of recognition and appreciation."

Dr. Al-Jamaei encouraged the Coalition's leadership to continue its humanitarian efforts and further strengthen partnerships with local and international stakeholders to broaden the scope of humanitarian and development interventions, reach more beneficiaries, and support sustainable development pathways.

At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation expressed its deep appreciation for the Coalition and its staff for their dedicated service to the community, wishing them continued success in advancing their humanitarian and development mission.
