Dr. Al-Jama'ai Praises the Role of Civil Society Organizations in Alleviating Citizens' Suffering

His Excellency Dr. Sadiq Al-Jama'ai, the Deputy Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, praised the vital role undertaken by civil society organizations in supporting development efforts and alleviating the suffering of citizens. He affirmed that the Ministry regards the contributions of these organizations with appreciation, considering them a key partner in enhancing community stability, particularly given the difficult circumstances the country is going through.
This statement was delivered in a speech he gave during the Ramadan Forum for Humanitarian and Development Associations and Institutions, which was organized by the Tawasul Foundation for Human Development in the capital, Aden, yesterday evening, under the generous patronage of His Excellency Mr. Mukhtar Omar Al-Yafi’i, the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor.
Dr. Al-Jama'ai reiterated the Ministry's commitment to supporting the efforts of civil associations and institutions and strengthening the partnership with them.
This, he noted, contributes to the development of humanitarian and development work and achieves integration in serving the community.
He also commended the initiative of the Tawasul Foundation in organizing this forum, which brought together a wide spectrum of actors in the humanitarian and development field.
He considered such gatherings an important opportunity to enhance communication, exchange visions, and solidify cooperative relations among various partner organizations and active institutions.
