The notification issued by the Ministry clarified that the approved contact details include the Ministry's official email: ministry@mosal-ye.net, and the complaints and suggestions email: complaints@mosal-ye.net, in addition to the WhatsApp number: +967 718320000, and the phone numbers: 02-254229 and 02-296854.

The Ministry affirmed that this update comes as part of organizing communication channels and enhancing the efficiency of institutional communication, contributing to facilitating communication procedures and receiving complaints and suggestions.
