.Al-Muharrami Meets Minister of Social Affairs and Labor to Discuss the Ministry’s Situation and Future Plans

Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Commander Abdulrahman Al-Muharrami, met today with the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Mr. Mukhtar Al-Yafaei, in a meeting dedicated to discussing the ministry’s current situation and its plans aimed at enhancing institutional performance and improving its programs and services directed toward various segments of society.
During the meeting, Commander Al-Muharrami listened to a detailed briefing from Minister Al-Yafaei on the ministry’s activities, the key challenges it faces, and the plans and programs designed to improve services provided to the most vulnerable groups. These efforts include social protection and welfare programs, as well as labor market regulation initiatives, with the goal of contributing to better living conditions for citizens.
The member of the Presidential Leadership Council emphasized the pivotal role played by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in strengthening the social protection system, particularly in light of the exceptional circumstances facing the country. He stressed the importance of enhancing institutional performance and improving the efficiency of programs and services in a manner that meets citizens’ needs and strengthens the effectiveness of humanitarian and social responses.
Al-Muharrami also underscored the importance of strengthening coordination and integration among relevant stakeholders and activating monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to improve performance efficiency and achieve tangible results. He reaffirmed his support for the ministry’s efforts and his commitment to overcoming obstacles and providing the necessary support to enable it to effectively carry out its national and humanitarian responsibilities.
