In a gesture of loyalty and appreciation, the General Federation of Kuwait Workers honored His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Zawari, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor in the Republic of Yemen and President of the 51st session of the Arab Labor Conference currently being held in Cairo. The recognition was in appreciation of his distinguished efforts and active contributions to labor and workers' issues and the enhancement of Arab labor markets.
Mr. Nasser Falah Al-Azmi, Secretary of the General Federation of Kuwait Workers, affirmed that this honor reflects the deep pride in the pivotal role played by H.E. Minister Al-Zawari in supporting workers’ causes and his continuous efforts to develop labor policies that promote sustainable development in the Arab region and fulfill the aspirations of its peoples for a better future.
For his part, H.E. Dr. Al-Zawari expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the General Federation of Kuwait Workers for this generous recognition. He praised the deep-rooted brotherly relations between the Kuwaiti and Yemeni peoples and valued the Federation’s efforts in supporting labor issues and strengthening the spirit of Arab solidarity.
The honoring ceremony was attended by several members of the Kuwaiti Federation’s delegation participating in the conference, including Mr. Yahya Mohammed Al-Dosari, Financial Secretary of the Federation; Mr. Mohammed Jamaan Al-Hadheena, President of the International Federation of Retirees; and Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Aradah, Federation Advisor and Head of the Expatriate Labor Office.
This recognition reflects the sincere efforts and continuous dedication of H.E. Minister Al-Zawari in advancing labor and workforce issues and fostering effective partnerships between governments and the Arab Labor Organization, contributing to a more prosperous and just future for Arab workers
