Professor Saleh Mahmoud Abu Suhail, Deputy Minister of Social Affairs and Labor for the Social Welfare Sector, chaired today, Monday, a meeting of the Ministry Council at the Ministry’s General Office in the capital, Aden. This comes in implementation of the directives of His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Zouari, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, to review the progress of administrative work and enhance institutional performance.

At the outset of the meeting, the Deputy Minister extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to all staff across the Ministry’s sectors for their dedicated efforts, commendable job discipline, and adherence to official working hours, emphasizing that these are fundamental pillars upheld by the Ministry.

During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the continued provision of all social services, the removal of obstacles, and addressing challenges through teamwork, in a manner that ensures sustained performance and excellence.

The meeting also reviewed the Ministry’s plan for the year 2026, and it was agreed to complete the required attachments and incorporate all observations raised during the session.

Additionally, a number of items listed on the meeting’s agenda were discussed, and the appropriate administrative procedures were taken accordingly.
