Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor Council Congratulates the Southern People on Their Victories in the Valley and Desert of Hadhramaut

In its ninth meeting held this morning in the capital, Aden, chaired by the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Za'ouri, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor Council extended its congratulations to the southern people and their political leadership, represented by President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council and Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces. The congratulations were for the victories achieved by the southern armed forces in the epic of the "Promising Future" in the valley and desert of Hadhramaut, which resulted in restoring these areas to the nation's fold and raising the flag of the South over the plains, valleys, and mountains of Hadhramaut.
The Council affirmed that this achievement constitutes a pivotal historical milestone in the course of the southern struggle. It reflects the firm will of a people who have steadfastly and resolutely faced challenges and conspiracies, continuing their national journey towards building their desired southern state based on justice and peace. The Council expressed its condolences to the families of the martyrs and prayed to God for the swift recovery of the wounded.
The meeting discussed a number of issues related to developing the performance of the Ministry's sectors. These included the activity of the Arbitration Committee, the completion of the database, the final preparations for the electronic platform, in addition to the proposal submitted by the Care Sector regarding adding a new window to the platform.
The Council also reviewed a report on the "Digitalized Monitoring and Evaluation System" workshop held in Jordan with the Ministry's participation. The workshop aimed to enhance transparency and develop the national digital system for monitoring and evaluating the National Social Protection Strategy. Another report was presented on the workshop concerning "Multidimensional Poverty," also held in Jordan, which addressed linking multidimensional poverty indicators with national policies to contribute to developing effective strategies for its reduction in the fields of education, health, and living standards.
