Minister Al-Zawari Discusses the Government’s Urgent Priority Matrix with Ministry Institutions and Agencies

His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Zawari, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, chaired an exceptional meeting of the Ministry Council this morning at the Ministry’s headquarters in the capital, Aden. The meeting discussed the development of plans for priorities to be implemented over the next three months, particularly those related to the government's upcoming phase and citizens’ basic living needs.


During the meeting, Minister Al-Zawari listened to the deputy ministers and heads of affiliated agencies as they presented key projects, programs, and plans slated for implementation in line with the government’s roadmap. His Excellency was also briefed on major potential challenges and obstacles, and discussed appropriate solutions and measures to ensure timely execution.


Minister Al-Zawari directed a reassessment of urgent tasks in accordance with the conditions and references agreed upon by the Cabinet decision. He emphasized the importance of preparing an actionable and measurable matrix of government priorities for the next 100 days, with follow-up mechanisms based on available resources to ensure completion in line with the government’s direction for the coming phase.


Minister Al-Zawari stressed the importance of unified teamwork to confront the challenges facing the country due to the war waged by the terrorist Houthi militias and its impact on economic and service sectors. He urged responsible and serious engagement with all decisions and directives as part of reform efforts and the correction of existing imbalances within each respective area of responsibility, in order to alleviate the living burdens faced
