الزعوري يقود مؤتمر العمل العربي نحو نموذج مشرف في الحوار الاجتماعي والتوافق المؤسسي

أشاد مجلس إدارة منظمة العمل العربية، إلى جانب رؤساء اللجان الفنية من وزراء الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، وممثلي منظمات أصحاب العمل، واتحادات النقابات العمالية في الدول العربية، بالجهود المتميزة التي بذلها معالي الدكتور محمد سعيد الزعوري، وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل ورئيس الدورة 51 لمؤتمر العمل العربي، في إدارة جلسات المؤتمر بحنكة واقتدار.
وثمّن المشاركون قدرة الوزير الزعوري على تقريب وجهات النظر بين أطراف الإنتاج الثلاثة (الحكومات، منظمات أصحاب العمل، والاتحادات النقابية)، ما أسهم في نجاح المؤتمر كمثال حي على حرية التعبير وأسلوب الحوار الاجتماعي البنّاء. وقد تميزت هذه الدورة بالتوافق السلس والعادل في توزيع مناصب الأجهزة الدستورية واللجان النظامية للمنظمة، في سابقة هي الأولى من نوعها.
وفي دورة استثنائية أدارها بكفاءة واقتدار، ركّز معالي الدكتور الزعوري على التحديات التي تواجه سوق العمل العربي في ظل المتغيرات التكنولوجية والتحولات العالمية، مؤكداً أهمية تهيئة بيئة عمل لائقة تشجع على الاستثمار، وتحفظ حقوق العمال، وتدعم بناء قوى عاملة مؤهلة وقادرة على المنافسة في الأسواق المحلية والدولية.
وقد اختتم المؤتمر أعماله مساء أمس برئاسة الوزير الزعوري، الذي ألقى كلمة ختامية استعرض فيها أبرز نتائج المؤتمر، مؤكداً على ضرورة تعزيز الشراكة بين الحكومات وأصحاب العمل والعمال، والعمل على تحديث البيئة التشريعية بما يتلاءم مع تطورات سوق العمل وقضايا التدريب والتأهيل والبطالة.
كما ناقش المؤتمر تقرير المدير العام لمكتب العمل العربي، الذي حمل عنوان "التنويع الاقتصادي في مسار التنمية الاقتصادية الواعدة في الدول العربية"، والذي ركّز على سبل رفع القدرة التنافسية لاسواق العمل العربية.
Al-Zouari Leads Arab Labor Conference Toward a Model of Honorable Social Dialogue and Institutional Consensus

The Board of Directors of the Arab Labor Organization, along with the heads of technical committees from Ministers of Social Affairs and Labor, representatives of employers' organizations, and labor union federations in Arab countries, praised the outstanding efforts of His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Zouari, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor and President of the 51st Session of the Arab Labor Conference, for his skillful and capable leadership in managing the conference sessions.
Participants commended Minister Al-Zouari’s ability to bridge perspectives among the three production parties (governments, employers’ organizations, and labor unions), which contributed to the success of the conference as a vivid example of freedom of expression and constructive social dialogue. This session was particularly distinguished by smooth and fair consensus in the distribution of positions within the organization's constitutional bodies and regulatory committees—a first of its kind.
In an exceptional session that he managed efficiently, His Excellency Dr. Al-Zouari focused on the challenges facing the Arab labor market amidst technological changes and global transformations. He emphasized the importance of preparing a decent work environment that encourages investment, safeguards workers' rights, and supports the development of a qualified and competitive workforce in both local and international markets.
The conference concluded its work last night under the presidency of Minister Al-Zouari, who delivered a closing speech summarizing the most significant outcomes of the conference. He stressed the need to strengthen partnerships between governments, employers, and workers, and to work on updating the legislative environment in line with labor market developments and issues of training, qualification, and unemployment.
The conference also discussed the report of the Director-General of the Arab Labor Office, titled “Economic Diversification in the Path of Promising Economic Development in Arab Countries,” which focused on ways to enhance the competitiveness of Arab labor markets.
