وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل تطالب أرباب العمل والمنظمات بالالتزام باللائحة التنظيمية

دعت وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل في العاصمة عدن المنظمات الدولية والمحلية، وأصحاب العمل، والشركات، والمصانع في مختلف المحافظات إلى الالتزام باللائحة التنظيمية للوزارة، وذلك بالحصول على تصاريح العمل، وشهادات اللياقة الصحية، وبطاقات العمل من ديوان عام الوزارة في العاصمة عدن.
جاء ذلك في تعميم رسمي صادر عن الوزارة، موقّع من معالي الدكتور محمد سعيد الزعوري، وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، شدد فيه على ضرورة فتح سجل للعاملين، وتوثيق عقود العمل، واعتماد بطاقات العمل، بالإضافة إلى تقديم البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة لفرق التفتيش التابعة للوزارة.
يُذكر أن الوزارة نفذت في منتصف فبراير 2024 حملة تفتيش على مكاتب التشغيل الخاصة والمؤسسات في العاصمة عدن، ضمن جهودها لضبط وتنظيم سوق العمل.

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour in Aden has called on international and local organisations, employers, companies and factories in various governorates to abide by the ministry's regulations by obtaining work permits, health fitness certificates and work cards from the ministry's general office in Aden.
This came in an official circular issued by the ministry, signed by H.E. Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Zaouri, Minister of Social Affairs and Labour, in which he stressed the need to open a register of workers, document labour contracts, approve work cards, and provide the required data and information to the ministry's inspection teams.
In mid-February 2024, the ministry carried out an inspection campaign on private employment offices and institutions in the capital, Aden, as part of its efforts to control and regulate the labour market.
